The Sacrament of Reconciliation, also known as the Sacrament of Confession or Sacrament of Penance, is first made during the during the First Holy Communion programme. It is also part of the Confirmation programme. Catholics are of course welcome to receive the sacrament at any time after they have made their first reconciliation.
